Long lasting beauties..

Can I just say.. I was given these flowers two weeks ago, and here they are today,
still standing tall and oozing beauty.

My secret? A fabulous tip my wonderfully wise, "florist" mum taught me.. 

1. Snip the ends diagonally..

2. Smash the snipped ends with the back of your scissors..

3. Replace water and re-snip & smash ends every few days..

Makes me think of us as we live our lives. What we say flows from what's in our hearts.
As we regularly check our hearts and deal with things that come up (hurts, offenses and other emotional issues) we stay refreshed and beautiful.. always flourishing.
